On May 8, 2021, the keynote speech contest of "telling the history of the party, adhering to the original aspiration, and devoting" was held by the Youth League Committee of TOEC Group. The speech contest was an important activity in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. Through internal selection,  two engineers Gao Sen, Ma Jiawang from technical department, represented Huigao to participate in this occasion, express the best wishes to the party, the country and the people.

After the fierce competition with other sister companies, Gao Sen and Ma Jiawang, both won the third place.
